Alfredo Sauce (Heavy Cream)

Ingradiants :
2 tablespoons butter (makkhan) or margarine
1 teaspoon fresh nutmeg (jaiphal), grated
1 small onion (pyaj), thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt (namak)
4 cups whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper (kala mirch)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese


Preparation :
Heat margarine in skillet, over medium heat. Sauté onion until tender. Stir in whipping cream, heat to boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients. butter,nutmeg, onion,salt,cream,pepper,cheese .Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, Stirring often.
